Lonza Oss is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development for ADC Licensing to drive out-licensing and partnerships in the biotech space. The role combines strategic BD, market analysis and hands-on deal execution with global stakeholders.

You will identify opportunities, manage term sheets, and lead negotiations, working with senior leadership to advance commercial objectives and expand partnerships. A Master’s in Life Sciences and 7–10 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant life science/biotech/pharma experience.
• Ability to navigate complex licensing discussions and technical information.
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities; relationship-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop and execute new partnering and out-licensing opportunities, including term sheets, analyses, negotiations and definitive agreements.
• Plan and execute comprehensive partnering outreach campaigns and manage the global business development pipeline.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing partners through clear communication and cultural awareness.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and therapeutic areas to inform business development strategy.
• Present Lonza Oss technology platforms to prospective partners and collaborators.
• Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Development (ADS Licensing) and senior leadership on plans, negotiations and due diligence.
