Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Director/Executive Director of Business Development to drive global oncology licensing-out transactions and strategic partnerships from term sheet to definitive agreements. The role requires senior-level partnering capabilities, healthcare industry expertise, and strong cross-border negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will work with the CBO and executive team to maximize commercial value of oncology assets, develop transaction structures, and build relationships

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• Proven experience in biopharmaceutical business development, licensing, or strategic partnering at director/executive levels.
• Strong understanding of oncology drug development, trials, and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end oncology licensing-out transactions from initial engagement to deal closing.
• Develop asset-specific licensing strategies based on data and market opportunities.
• Advise senior management on pipeline monetization and licensing priorities.
• Represent the company in high-level partnering meetings and negotiations.
