BRG's Integrated Health Solutions practice seeks an Associate Director – Technology, AI, & Digital Solutions – Healthcare to drive strategy, design, and implementation of AI-enabled healthcare solutions. You will collaborate with healthcare executives, clinicians, and IT teams to shape use cases, roadmaps, and scalable capabilities, including AI/Automation Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

10+ years in healthcare technology consulting or advisory.
Experience leading multidisciplinary client engagements.
Deep expertise in automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong business case development and value realization.
Proven ability to lead Centers of Excellence.
Experience with enterprise platforms like Epic/Workday.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements or major workstreams, serving as a key client contact and managing scope, workplans, budgets, staffing, risks, dependencies, and deliverable quality.
Translate complex financial, operational, clinical, and technology challenges into clear recommendations and executable plans.
Coordinate teams across IHS and BRG to deliver integrated solutions with defined responsibilities.
Monitor engagement performance and maintain client relationships while ensuring value realization.
Lead AI and automation readiness assessments, evaluating workflows, data quality, and governance.
Develop use-case portfolios, business cases, and roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
