Berkeley Research Group (BRG) – Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice seeks an Associate Director to lead client engagements from assessment to benefit realization. You will apply deep expertise in healthcare technology, automation, and transformation to develop business cases and roadmaps, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across IHS and BRG to deliver scalable solutions.

Travel about 50% of the time, guiding AI-enabled solutions, architecture, and governance while aligning initiatives

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience focused on healthcare technology, enterprise implementations, intelligent automation, operational transformation, or related disciplines.
• A degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business analytics, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading consulting or advisory engagements, managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects within budgets and timelines.
• Deep expertise in at least one relevant discipline—such as intelligent automation architecture, AI-enabled workflow transformation, or technology strategy.
• Practical experience assessing, designing, implementing, or scaling AI and automation solutions, including an understanding of generative AI and agentic workflows.
• Experience in healthcare domains such as revenue cycle, managed care, supply chain, workforce, patient access, or clinical transformation.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagements or major workstreams, serving as a key client contact and managing scope, workplans, budgets, staffing, risks, dependencies, and deliverable quality.
• Translate complex financial, operational, clinical, and technology challenges into clear recommendations, executable plans, and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate IHS and BRG specialists, client teams, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions with clearly defined responsibilities.
• Manage multiple engagements while maintaining delivery standards, client relationships, and engagement financial performance.
• Lead healthcare-focused AI and automation readiness assessments, evaluating workflows, data quality and accessibility, technology architecture, talent, governance, and readiness.
• Develop prioritized use-case portfolios, business cases, and implementation roadmaps based on value, feasibility, risk, alignment, and readiness.
