Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience focused on healthcare technology, enterprise implementations, intelligent automation, or related disciplines.
• Strong ability to develop business cases, estimate implementation requirements, and connect operational performance to financial outcomes.
• Experience leading engagements and managing multidisciplinary teams with clear executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements or major workstreams, guiding project scope, budgets, staffing, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop prioritized use-case portfolios and implementation roadmaps based on value, feasibility, and risk.
• Coordinate with BRG AI specialists, analytics professionals, and client teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Establish AI/Automation Centers of Excellence including governance, intake, and performance monitoring.
• Move pilots into reusable enterprise capabilities through standardized components and operating procedures.
