Job summary

BRG's Integrated Health Solutions practice provides end-to-end advisory support across healthcare providers, payers, and investors. The Associate Director will lead engagements from assessment through implementation, applying deep expertise in technology and healthcare business judgment to drive value and scalable solutions.

Travel ~50% as required, with opportunities to advance within BRG's growing expert services and consulting firm.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years of relevant healthcare technology consulting or advisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engagements and managing client relationships.
• Deep expertise in intelligent automation architecture and AI-enabled workflow transformation.
• Operational knowledge of healthcare domains and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements or major workstreams with client contact and delivery oversight.
• Translate complex financial, operational, and clinical challenges into actionable plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated AI and automation solutions.
• Develop use-case portfolios and roadmaps aligned with value and feasibility.
• Establish AI and Automation Centers of Excellence and governance structures.
