Job summary

Metrc, the leading regulatory software provider for cannabis, is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to strengthen existing relationships and drive adoption across our product suite. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance, manage 1-2 small accounts, and help customers achieve renewals and growth.

This remote role requires travel about 25% of time. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software, a college degree or equivalent experience, and experience in customer

Qualifications

2+ years working in software industry.
College degree or equivalent working experience.
Preferred experience in Customer Success or Support.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
Experience in regulated cannabis industry and government policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships while guiding adoption and expansion.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, GA/EABD, Support, and Finance.
Lead trainings and product demonstrations.
Support customer success metrics like satisfaction and retention.
Create and present quarterly business reviews.
Manage 1-2 small markets as primary contact.
Capture voice of the customer to inform product teams.
