Job summary

Metrc seeks a CSM – CA Senior Programmer to lead California customer success delivery in a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and Data teams to interpret requirements, deliver data outputs, and refine documentation and testing.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional coordination across departments. Ideal candidates have agile experience, strong SaaS delivery background, and a proven ability to translate

Qualifications

18 months experience in a development or configuration environment using agile processes.
12 months experience coordinating technical and business requirements for a SaaS solution.
24 months experience delivering software customizations, configurations, or developing database extracts and reports.
Experience translating customer business needs into actionable data insights.

Responsibilities

Lead cannabis industry outreach and California local team coordination.
Support onboarding, training, enablement, adoption, and account management activities.
Help customers understand Metrc capabilities, product benefits, and roadmap.
Monitor customer-related trends and provide proactive data-driven insights to guide conversations.
Align Customer Success with Product, Support, Finance, Legal, and other teams for customer needs and deliverables.
Prepare QBRs, annual business reviews, customer meetings, and trainings to align messaging and objectives.
