Job summary

Owner.com is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage a large, dynamic portfolio of 120+ customers. You will engage with at-risk segments to maximize product adoption, deliver customer value, and mitigate churn risks.

You’ll influence product direction by providing feedback to cross-functional teams, aiming to grow revenue through renewals and expansions. This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in Mexico.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Proven success in account management or full-cycle sales with results.
• Experience with CS tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, Metabase.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent not required but a business background helps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience with Launch and Support teams.
• Help customers improve ROI through strategic, personalized advice.
• Drive retention by reducing churn and boosting satisfaction.
• Refine health metrics and scale success across the customer base.
