Samsara is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the visual direction and delivery of digital experiences for its B2B SaaS platform. You will own a tokenized design system in Figma, prototype with AI tools, and drive performance across digital and e-commerce experiences.

You will manage a team of digital designers and creative technologists, collaborating with brand, UX, product, marketing, sales, and engineering to deliver high-impact assets. This is a US-remote role.

Competenze

8+ years of experience in a creative role with 2+ years of people management in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with AI models/tools for design workflows and prototyping.
Hands-on experience with a tokenized design system in Figma linked to a live codebase.

Mansioni

Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for digital, and multimedia marketing materials.
Own our tokenized digital web design system in Figma and coordinate with Brand Creative to ensure consistency.
Prototype and build using AI-assisted design and development tools towards near-shippable experiences.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to create visual narratives that align with brand strategy and business goals.
Manage a team of digital designers and creative technologists, providing mentorship and feedback.
Oversee production from ideation to final delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality.
