Samsara is seeking an Associate Creative Director to shape the visual and creative direction of our digital experiences for a global B2B SaaS audience. You’ll lead a team, own a tokenized design system in Figma, and drive AI-assisted workflows to deliver interactive, brand-consistent experiences across web and multimedia channels.

• 8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years of people management in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
• Expertise in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience and curiosity around AI models and tools for how they augment design workflows and condense time between design and development.
• Hands-on experience working within a componentized or tokenized design system in Figma, ideally one connected to a live codebase.
• Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools—you don’t need to be a deep technologist, but you should already be building with these tools as part of your process, not just aware of them.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to translate user insights into compelling digital experiences.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing to understand how creative assets perform and optimize them accordingly.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for digital and multimedia marketing materials.
• Own our tokenized digital web design system in Figma, ensuring one-to-one mapping to codebase and consistent changes.
• Prototype and build directly using AI-assisted design and development tools, moving toward near-shippable experiences.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to create visual narratives aligning with brand strategy and business goals.
• Bring an e-commerce and growth mindset to our web store, treated as a product within the business.
• Manage a team of digital designers and creative technologists with mentorship and feedback.
• Oversee production from ideation to final delivery, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Contribute to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across outputs.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging design tools, including AI-powered ones.
• Work with UX to ensure user insights are delivered and acted upon.
• Analyze and optimize assets for performance across digital channels.
