Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
• 5–8 years of relevant legal experience preferred, especially in employment law and contract negotiation.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.

• Provide legal guidance on employment law matters, including hiring and employee relations.
• Conduct legal research and offer practical guidance on employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with employment-related investigations and provide legal considerations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations to identify legal risks and ensure policy consistency.
