Ladders is seeking an Associate Counsel, Employment and Commercial, to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance sector. The role focuses on advising on workplace issues, managing legal risk, and negotiating employment and commercial agreements, with a remote-first approach.

Based in the United States, the position reports to our client’s legal team and offers the opportunity to impact day-to-day operations with practical, business-minded guidance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
• 5–8 years of relevant legal experience preferred, especially in employment law and contract negotiation.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction is required.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
