Job summary

SCS Global Services seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to assist the General Counsel on business law matters. You will negotiate and review global contracts, counsel on data protection and IP, and handle trademark issues while supporting governance and regulatory compliance.

The role is remote-based in the United States and requires collaboration across departments to balance risk with objectives. The ideal candidate holds a JD, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and is licensed to practice law

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• 1–3 years of corporate counsel or law firm experience.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and review global commercial contracts.
