Qualifications

• JD required to practice law in the United States
• 1–3 years of experience as corporate counsel or with a law firm
• Bar Admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel in advising on business law issues, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and international regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate professional services agreements.
• Manage intellectual property matters.
• Provide guidance on HR compliance and risk mitigation within a global sustainability certification framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and opportunities
