Job summary
gpac is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactional work to join a nationally recognized business law firm. You will handle both disputes and business transactions, representing established companies and other business clients.

Qualifications
- Approximately 2-5 years of attorney experience.
- Commercial litigation experience
- Transactional and/or corporate experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, and case management
- Ability to manage assignments and deadlines independently
- Strong interest in working directly with business clients
- Active and in-good-standing state bar admission
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and business disputes
- Litigate contract-related matters
- Assist with shareholder, member, and partnership disputes
- Participate in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
- Lead pre-litigation strategy and negotiations
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Support corporate and business transactions
- Assist with business formation and governance matters
- Contribute to mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions
- Provide general business counseling
