Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience
• Top 30 law school and/or Big Law experience strongly preferred
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
• Must be admitted in California

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts
• Engage in arbitrations and occasional trials
• Lead significant motion practice, discovery, depositions and case strategy
• Work on California Proposition 65 regulatory litigation/compliance
• Contribute to 10–25% entertainment-related matters and grow this area
