Job summary

gpac is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactional work to join a nationally recognized business law firm. You will handle both disputes and business transactions, representing established companies and other business clients.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-5 years of attorney experience.
• Commercial litigation experience
• Transactional and/or corporate experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and case management
• Ability to manage assignments and deadlines independently
• Strong interest in working directly with business clients
• Active and in-good-standing state bar admission

Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation & Transactional

A nationally recognized business law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and transactional work.

We are looking for an attorney who has developed a strong foundation representing businesses and is comfortable working across both disputes and business transactions.

The firm's practice is national in scope and represents established companies, entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and other business clients in sophisticated legal matters.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 2-5 years of attorney experience (Greater Experience Encouraged To Apply)
• Commercial litigation experience
• Transactional and/or corporate experience

• Experience drafting and negotiating business agreements
• Ability to manage assignments and deadlines independently

We are looking for someone who wants meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to continue developing a broad-based business law practice.

Compensation & Work Environment

• $130,000-$160,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Bonus opportunities
• Attorneys generally average approximately 1,600 - 1,700 billable hours
