You will prep clients, conduct hearings, and resolve issues under partner supervision, in a fast-paced environment with ethical client service at the core.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, including familiarity with Disability or Injury or related practice areas.
• Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients in collaboration with supervising attorneys.
• Proficient in legal Research, including case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license (or eligibility) to practice law in any state.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting and reviewing documents.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professional ethics, client service, and continuous learning in evolving practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Disability clients and represent them at hearings nationwide.
• Assist from the beginning of the claim with strategy planning and conduct appointments to review files, prep clients, conduct hearings, solve challenging issues under supervision.
