• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 0–3 years of legal experience preferred; open to more experienced attorneys.
• Ability to prepare persuasive legal arguments and advocate at hearings.
• Experience reviewing medical records and interpreting medical terminology.
• Strong legal research, writing, and client advocacy skills.
• Tech-savvy with remote work capabilities.

• Meet with clients to evaluate eligibility for SSI/SSDI benefits and prepare for disability hearings.
• Assist clients throughout claims and appeals process, ensuring accuracy of applications.
• Represent clients during hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
• Review medical records, employment history, and other documentation to strengthen claims.
• Stay informed on SSA regulations and case law to provide sound guidance.
• Serve as primary legal contact for clients and coordinate with SSA and other agencies.
• Advocate for individuals with disabilities to ensure benefits entitlement.
• Utilize cloud-based tools and digital case management to manage remote caseloads.
• Collaborate with case managers, staff, and fellow attorneys to ensure client service.
