Rausch Sturm LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Pennsylvania practice. A PA bar license is required. This is a State Level Attorney role focusing on attending court, signing pleadings, settling cases, and other attorney tasks, with travel as needed. The position is fully remote.

The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of litigation, manage a caseload independently, and adapt to a dynamic legal environment with compliance to state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• PA bar license is required.
• Experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with state and federal consumer laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Attend court hearings as required.
• Provide risk analysis and regulatory compliance guidance.
• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and related documents.
• Manage a personal caseload with attention to detail and timeliness.
