RAS LaVrar, a creditors’ rights law firm, seeks a Lead Attorney (Pennsylvania) to lead statewide operations, manage a localized caseload, and mentor associates and staff. The role requires executing complex litigation and maintaining high-quality work across a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

The attorney will oversee hearings, trials, and depositions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations. Travel across PA is required.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• PA Bar admission is required.
• 4+ years of legal experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Pennsylvania to hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to a collegial, high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Hearing & Trial Advocacy: handle complex court hearings, arbitrations, trials, and depositions in PA.
• Team Leadership: guide Pennsylvania-based attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Resolution Strategy: manage regional files and develop strategies for efficient resolutions.
• Pleading Oversight: draft and review complex pleadings, motions, and formal communications.
