Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to join a fast-paced legal team focused on creditors’ rights and real estate matters.

The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor and be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply, and the firm offers growth, mentorship, and a collaborative environment in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Review court filings for compliance with laws, directives, and loan documents.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections rules at local/state/federal levels.
• Full-time on-site position that converts to hybrid after 90 days.
• Operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Job description

RAS is seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce accurate and high-quality work-product in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work with a team of knowledgeable, client-centric attorneys supported by experienced staff. Admission to the PA State Bar is required.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes our benefits package.

The Associate Attorney provides new hires with an opportunity to learn about and familiarize themselves with creditors’ rights, as well as demonstrate their ability to meet performance expectations. Job Responsibilities

• Review court filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws, client directives, and loan documents
• Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements, as applicable
• Full-Time on-site position that converts to hybrid after 90 days
• Standard business hours
• High-volume operations setting with deadlines and compliance requirements

Requisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence
• Demonstrate an excellent ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
• Meticulous analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with a dynamic and diverse team of experienced professionals

Required Education and Training

• Juris Doctor
