Job summary

Siegel Jennings is seeking an Associate Attorney to grow its property tax litigation practice. This remote position prioritizes professional development, ownership of your caseload, and mentorship from experienced attorneys, with no billable hours requirement.

You will handle cases across Pennsylvania, travel for hearings, and collaborate with a nationwide team to deliver strategic results for clients.

Qualifications

Admitted to practice law in PA and in good standing.
3–8 years of litigation and trial experience.
Property tax litigation experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work remotely, travel frequently, and manage a full caseload.
Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Try cases before trial courts throughout Pennsylvania.
Develop case strategy and present at hearings at the administrative level in Pennsylvania's 67 counties.
Significant travel throughout Pennsylvania's 67 counties for administrative and court appearances.
Handling a volume litigation caseload.
Research, draft, file, and respond to motions and supporting briefs, and present oral argument before Pennsylvania trial courts.
Attend orientation, trainings, meetings, etc. both in-person at one of the firm's office locations and virtually. This will include quarterly travel to the Pittsburgh office.
Attend local or national industry conferences, as requested.
No billable hours requirement.
