Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our remote-enabled team in Reno, NV. The attorney will manage active litigation files, draft pleadings, and advocate for clients in hearings and settlements, while maintaining strict adherence to firm SOPs.

The ideal candidate is admitted to practice in Nevada, highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willing to travel to courtrooms as needed within the branch footprint.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in Nevada where required by law.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for handling multiple active litigation files.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and court filings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and other litigation documents.
• Review case files to determine appropriate action and strategy.
• Advocate for clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch footprint as required.
• Negotiate settlements to protect client interests while advancing case goals.
• Maintain compliance with firm procedures and applicable laws.
