National practice with opportunities for growth and training are highlighted. The position offers a base salary range of $100,000-$145,000 per year, plus applicable bonus, and requires Nevada admission.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney admitted to practice in Nevada and in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings and motions in active litigation files.
• Review litigation case files to determine next steps and actions.
• Advocate on behalf of the client’s interests at various litigation settings.
• Utilize internal software to update and document account status.
• Analyze and process litigation inventory reports and files as directed by the Managing Attorney.
• Comply with client and firm procedures.
• Travel to courtrooms within the branch footprint as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
