Job summary

Elgen Staffing is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for a prestigious nationwide law firm in Nevada. The role focuses on collection, evictions, and litigation, with a high-volume caseload and strong advocacy expectations. This remote position requires strong writing, analysis, and oral advocacy skills.

The role involves court appearances, briefing, motion practice, and client communication. Flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package are included, with full remote equipment

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Nevada; admission in additional jurisdictions preferred but not required.
• FDCPA and UCC knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle breach of contract, eviction and collection litigation matters from demand through judgment.
• Attend court hearings (telephonic and in person).
• Prepare and argue Motions for Summary Judgment.
• Manage assigned caseload to meet goals and client expectations.
• Handle escalated and time sensitive matters as needed.
• Other duties and special projects as needed.
