Qualifications

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Strong organizational & time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of clients in Illinois.
• Communicating with clients regarding their matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements.
• Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claims.
• Legal research related to contract law and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances is required, though based from home.
