Job summary

Safeguard Law Group, PLLC. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our consumer protection practice in a remote setup, with proximity to Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings and memoranda, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle a heavy workload.

Responsibilities include managing Georgia-based caseloads, client communication, and research across contract and consumer law. Travel for in-court appearances is required.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and staff.
• Proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the Firm’s clients in Georgia.
• Communicating with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.
