Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of experience at a law firm
• Superior organizational & time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with senior management and staff
• Strong legal research skills; LexisNexis proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload in Georgia
• Communicate with clients regarding matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims
• Perform legal research related to contract and consumer law
• Hybrid role requiring travel for in-court appearances
