Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Mississippi.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and supervising a heavy, diversified caseload in Mississippi.
• Communicating with clients regarding their matters.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; reviewing and drafting agreements.
• Interacting with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conducting legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel to courthouses for in-person appearances as required.
