BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney to join our East St. Louis, IL practice in a full-time remote role. The attorney will handle a diverse consumer-protection related caseload, spanning transactional and civil litigation matters.

You will coordinate with our New York headquarters electronically to manage matters efficiently. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, researching contract and consumer issues, reviewing agreements, and maintaining client communications.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified caseload in Illinois.
• Communicate with clients regarding their matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and review agreements.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contract and consumer law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as required.
