Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and communicate with the main office remotely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heavy and diversified caseload for clients in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
• Communicate with clients about their matters and updates.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda; review and draft agreements.
• Research and analyze contract and consumer-law issues.
• Coordinate with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Travel to court appearances as required.
