Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national creditors’ rights law firm seeking an Associate Attorney in bankruptcy to work remotely. The role focuses on representing secured creditors in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters, with emphasis on drafting pleadings, reviewing filings, and client communication.

Ideal candidates will be located in Baltimore, Maryland, and must have a JD and be admitted to the Maryland Bar.

Qualifications

• JD required with Maryland bar admission.
• Experience with creditors’ rights and bankruptcy filings a plus.
• Ability to draft pleadings and review court papers accurately.

Responsibilities

• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters.
• Draft and review pleadings and claims filed in cases.
• Respond to general bankruptcy inquiries across the firm.
• Review filings on behalf of clients and monitor ECFs.
• Resolve routine matters such as Motions for Relief and Objections.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel and the Court.
