Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks an Associate Attorney to handle bankruptcy matters remotely, with ideal placement in Baltimore, MD. A strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules is preferred, but training is offered for the right team-oriented candidate with MD licensure.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, attending hearings, monitoring ECFs, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws.
• Keyboard Skills Attention to detail
• Time Management Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters.
• Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the matter.
• Attends scheduled hearings.
• Responds to general firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries.
• Review filings on behalf of the clients.
• Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs).
• Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc.
• Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court
