Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, a national creditors’ rights law firm, seeks an attorney with experience representing secured creditors in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. License to practice law in Georgia required; ideal candidates located in Atlanta or within commuting distance.

Primary duties include managing bankruptcy routine matters, drafting pleadings and claims, monitoring ECFs, attending hearings, and maintaining client communication with the firm

Qualifications

• JD required and GA Bar admission.
• Located in Atlanta, GA or within commutable distance.
• Working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure; training possible for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters
• Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the matter
• Attends scheduled hearings
• Responds to general firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries
• Review filings on behalf of the clients
• Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)
• Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc.
• Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court
