Qualifications

• Law degree (JD) required and admission to AZ Bar.
• Licensed to practice in AZ and admitted to AZ bankruptcy/district courts.
• 3+ years bankruptcy experience preferred; training possible for strong team players.

Responsibilities

• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters
• Draft and review pleadings and claims filed in the matter
• Attends scheduled hearings
• Responds to general firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries
• Review filings on behalf of the clients
• Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)
• Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc.
• Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court
