Job summary

The role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, attending hearings, managing routine bankruptcy matters, and communicating with clients and the Court.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine bankruptcy matters.
• Draft and review pleadings and claims.
• Attend scheduled hearings.
• Respond to firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries.
• Review client filings.
• Monitor electronic filings (ECFs).
• Resolve routine bankruptcy issues.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court.
