Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters.
• Draft and review pleadings and claims filed in the matter.
• Responds to general firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries.
• Review filings on behalf of clients.
• Monitoring of electronic filings (ECFs).
• Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc.
• Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court.
