The role offers hybrid/remote options and mentorship from senior counsel with 20+ years' experience, providing a unique opportunity to manage a sophisticated Maryland caseload.

You will handle caseload management from assignment through conclusion, prepare pleadings, and represent clients in court conferences and mediations while gaining structured professional

Qualifications

• Active Maryland State Bar license in good standing.
• Virginia Bar admission desirable; willingness to sit for Virginia Bar if requested.
• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–5 years in real estate/foreclosure/creditors’ rights preferred; strong entry-level candidates may be considered.
• New 2026 graduates may be considered if sitting for Maryland/Virginia Bar in July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maryland foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion, including title curative and possessory actions.
• Perform legal reviews of loan instruments, financial documents, and conditions precedent for regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motion practice.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients with timely status updates.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence related to foreclosure and litigation.
• Maintain precise documentation of findings and recommendations in case management systems.
