The candidate should organize workloads, meet deadlines, and possess strong interpersonal and analytical abilities. PA bar is required; NJ bar is a plus, with newly barred attorneys encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have Juris Doctor degree and bar membership.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
