Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is a leading risk, wealth, retirement and employee benefits advisory firm seeking an Account Services team member in California. You will support Account Managers with client service activities, policy administration and renewal processes, while coordinating with Shared Services to drive timely, accurate transactions.

The role emphasizes room to grow into an Account Manager position, with opportunities to learn insurance products, systems and client-facing responsibilities

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant client service experience.
• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Account Managers in day-to-day client service activities, understanding client needs, policy administration, renewals and workflows.
• Prepares and coordinates client materials, works with Shared Services to complete transactional work.
• Reviews work for accuracy and client readiness before delivery; raises issues to Account Managers as needed.
• Maintains client documentation per internal standards and systems.
• Participates in client and internal meetings to understand account management and servicing.
• Learns triage frameworks for complexity and urgency; learns Shared Services delivery model.
• Builds foundational client and carrier relationship knowledge.
• Completes training aligned to progression into an Account Manager role.
