Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is a leading risk, retirement and wealth solutions firm delivering client-focused advisory services. This full-time exempt role centers on service and claims resolution, HR assistance, and benefits administration support with contract review and vendor accountability.

The position supports Salesforce case management and regular client communications, with a hybrid work model requiring office visits two days per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Employee Benefits Administration or Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Licensing in Health & Life Insurance is preferred

Responsibilities

• Service and claims resolution
• HR assistance and benefits administration support
• Implementation and contract review
• Vendor accountability and performance management
• Maintain Salesforce service cases and client files
• Communicate with clients regularly on outstanding issues
• Assist onboarding for new cases and lines of business
• Attend weekly Health and Welfare meetings and planning sessions
