Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Manager to manage a client portfolio and deliver exceptional service. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role you will assist with proposals, contract reviews, and carrier relationships to tailor solutions for clients and support ongoing service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years in client service or related field.
• Knowledge of benefits administration or insurance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team to prepare and send RFPs to carriers and process results.
• Review contracts and benefit plan summaries for accuracy.
• Maintain client files and respond to client questions.
• Develop relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
• Create monthly/quarterly/annual client reports.
