Job summary

NFP in Thousand Oaks is seeking an organized, service-oriented professional to support Account Managers with day-to-day client service activities and policy administration. You will coordinate with Shared Services to complete transactional work and ensure accuracy before delivery to clients.

You will maintain client documentation, participate in meetings, and learn triage frameworks and the Shared Services delivery model. This role offers a path toward becoming an Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant client service and/or industry and product line experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Property & Casualty License required

Responsibilities

• Supports Account Managers and Account Executives in day-to-day client service activities.
• Assists in preparation and coordination of client materials with Shared Services.
• Reviews work for accuracy before delivery to clients.
• Maintains client documentation in line with internal standards.
• Participates in client and internal meetings to understand account management and servicing.
• Develops basic understanding of triage frameworks and Shared Services delivery model.
• Establishes foundational knowledge of building relationships with clients and carriers.
• Completes training aligned to progression into an Account Manager role.
