Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients. You will coordinate client materials, assist with policy administration and renewal processes, and help maintain accurate client documentation across internal systems.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or equivalent, 0-3 years of client service experience, and a Property & Casualty License.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant client service and/or industry and product line experience.
• Property & Casualty License required

Responsibilities

• Supports Account Managers and Account Executives in day-to-day client service activities; learns client needs, policy administration, renewal processes, and service workflows.
• Assists in preparing and coordinating client materials; coordinates with Shared Services to complete transactional work.
• Reviews work for accuracy, completeness, and client readiness before delivery; raises questions to Account Managers as appropriate.
• Maintains client documentation per internal standards and systems.
• Participates in client and internal meetings to understand account management and servicing.
• Learns triage frameworks for complexity/urgency and the Shared Services delivery model.
• Builds foundational knowledge of relationships with clients and carriers.
• Completes training aligned to progression into an Account Manager role.
