Job summary

NFP, an Aon company in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking an experienced client service professional in the property and casualty insurance space. You will develop relationships with carriers and clients, prepare RFPs, and lead renewal presentations in collaboration with the Account Executive.

Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, communicating with clients and carriers, and maintaining organized client files. A license and 3+ years of experience are preferred, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience, and BA/BS preferred.
• More than 3 years’ client service and/or industry and product line experience.
• P&C Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Works proactively to develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; may take active role in meetings
• Prepare and send the request for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and spreadsheets results as they come in. First draft of renewal presentation.
• Takes the lead on reviewing proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy in collaboration with the Account Executive.
• Communicates directly with clients and carriers.
• Creates and maintains client files in accordance with office procedures.
