Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Associate Account Executive to join our dynamic team. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and collaborate with sales, account management, and clients to expand opportunities in the wealth-management space.

This role offers remote flexibility within the United States, with in-person collaborations as needed, and involves using CRM and Office 365 tools to manage outreach, campaigns, and pipeline while building lasting client relationships.

Competenze

• Sales background with a passion for technology solution-based selling.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience.
• Driven with a strong sense of urgency and a belief in the company mission.
• Ability to deliver high call volumes in the pursuit of pipeline development goals.
• Entrepreneurial initiative focused on building new customers and expanding relationships.
• Ability to overcome objections and bypass gatekeepers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Office 365.
• Experience with digital tools.
• Process management experience including CRM.

Mansioni

• Generate and qualify new leads through phone, email and social media.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Devise and implement creative outbound sales strategies to fuel growth and build the sales pipeline.
• Track and report all prospecting and sales activities in a CRM and other marketing automation tools.
• Help manage marketing campaigns.
• Qualify calls for Account Executives.
• Partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
