WPS Health Solutions, based in Madison, WI, seeks an Associate Account Executive to drive new business growth by supporting broker relationships, pipeline development, and quoting across commercial lines. This role partners with Account Executives to equip brokers with tools for successful group implementations and serves as a liaison with broker partners.

Travel up to 40% within Wisconsin is expected, with remote work options in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent education/experience.
Three+ years in a sales support role; insurance industry experience required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently and in a team.
Travel up to 40% within Wisconsin and valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with assigned brokers through outreach and partnership.
Conduct plan presentations and benefit overviews for brokers and small employer groups.
Serve as point of contact for broker inquiries on new sales opportunities.
Prepare RFP responses, quoting, and maintain opportunity tracking.
Maintain accurate broker and sales activity in CRM and help forecast pipeline.
Prepare for finalist meetings, sales campaigns, broker education sessions, and regional events.
Ensure seamless delivery of proposals, onboarding materials, and client solutions.
Monitor broker activity trends including enrollment volume and conversion rates.
