Bridge Specialty Group in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an Associate Broker for the Small Business Unit (SBU) to support retention and growth of our environmental insurance practices. You will collaborate with insurance agents nationwide to deliver exceptional service, build strong client relationships, and provide technical guidance across carriers, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience.
• Active state insurance license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with EPIC, Salesforce, or equivalent management systems.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Experience in environmental insurance or wholesale brokerage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Retain clients and deliver exceptional service with insurance agents nationally.
• Explain policy coverage, advantages, and disadvantages.
• Provide prompt, accurate customer service for coverage, changes, claims, and billing.
• Support and lead the service team to meet production goals.
• Maintain records in the management database system.
• Establish payment arrangements and assist with premium collection.
• Review policies and quotes for accuracy before sending them to agents.
• Manage retention using spreadsheets and company databases.
• Provide backup support for teammates including data entry, marketing, and quality control.
• Be available remotely during non-scheduled hours to ensure client retention.
• Maintains compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
